May Creek Capital invests alongside experienced operators and proven fund managers, taking equity positions in high-quality businesses with strong growth potential. We target operating companies generating $2–$10M in EBITDA, led by aligned, high-integrity management teams.

Our geographic focus is the Southeast, though we selectively pursue opportunities across the United States.

Structure Direct investments, co-investments, and continuation vehicles
Return Target Forecasted returns exceeding 20% IRR (Net)
Equity Position Invest alongside the lead, controlling sponsor with a target exit within 7 years
Management Experienced, proven operators with strong incentive alignment
Fund Commitments Sub-$300M funds with strong DPI, co-investment rights, and significant GP commitment
Transparency Regular reporting and direct access to the company management team and fund managers
Outside Our Mandate
We do not invest in startups, real estate development, hedge funds, public equities, private credit, or long-duration strategies.
